FODMAP Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Just a quick video on a very yummy FODMAP Friendly Breakfast. Bake small sweet potatoes cut in half in the oven, for about 1/2 hour (or very quick if done in the microwave). Add a little butter (if you wish, its optional), a layer of raspberries (or fruit of your choice), and a small serve of Lactose Free Greek Yogurt, topped with a sprinkle of Maple Syrup.
