Simple and quick ideas for breakfast
Breakfasts can be tricky when trying to keep to the FODM way of eating. I am still new to this, so learning as I go.
Tuna Salad mix – Tuna in spring water, chopped cucumber, small amount of red capsicum and avocado (only very small amounts), and spring onion (green part only).

Mix together with a little mayonnaise and ;iled onto Brown Rice Thins. Added a few grapes on the side. Plus a cup of French Vanilla Earl Grey…

TOTALLY YUM! I will be making this again, changing the mix to whatever I have available at the time.
